Figue de Solliès originate from the picturesque Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of France, home to over 75% of France’s figs. Provence figs are violet in colour and sweet in taste and prized for their unique combination of sweetness and acidity.

Black Figs are distinguished by their thick, sturdy skins that are a rich violet tint with black veins. Once cut open, the flesh will be luscious, shiny, and deep red with flecks of beige. They smell like strawberries, honeydew melon, and watermelon, among other red fruits.
